i love seeing people write the losers as trans,, as a trans person it gives me the warm n fuzzies BUT ive noticed that (afaik) the only times i see it are in smut fics.. which is all fine and good bc most of the time the people writing these trans stories are trans themselves

and are using it as a way to work through personal things or see themselves represented which is Wonderful we love that but its getting to a point where its like... do we Only exist in a sexual context? seems like we only get written in when the focus is on the genitals

idk im not accusing anyone or anything its just a Thing that ive noticed and it bothers me a little bit

something something reducing us to our genitals something something reads like fetishization whatever whatever

this isnt to say that a lot of the trans character smut ive seen isnt beautifully written and well handled i would just like to see us represented in a non-sexual way sometimes lol
