Home Gym Set up thread

As Amazon and other deliveries are now on, it is time to set up basic gym at your home

Why?

- Regular gyms won't open soon
- even if they do, you will be at risk

I am posting links & what all exercise you can do with them

5. Always use a mat for your workouts. I would advise you to buy two of these.

These mats save your tiles and save you from mummy ki chappal.

Also, anti slip save your adductors.

Otherwise, all you need 6-8k, 50% of your gym membership (in most cases) for basic home gym setup.
