Local mental health services have for 14months been refusing to send minutes of a meeting about me that I wasn’t allowed to attend. After external intervention they sent them, insisting on post saying email wasn’t secure. Unfortunately they wrote the wrong address on the envelope
This is the third time they’ve sent something confidential about me to someone else by post. I discussed it with @ICOnews before and sent all the information. Last time they said it’s a breach but took no action. Now I’m not able to raise it, because of how MH services responded.
The person who chaired the meeting has said on record that they didn’t chair it and weren’t there. The minutes say that they were there and record various things that they said. The minutes also directly contradict what mental health services have said to regulators. I’m tired.
It’s so far from candour. It feels like dishonesty. This is the only meeting that (to my knowledge) has been held about me there in years. My treatment is subject to high level independent serious adverse event review. How can a senior professional who was there say they weren’t?
It’s hard not to be broken in processes like this. I can’t write most of what’s happening because it’s so hard to understand. There seems, even now, to be a lack of honesty.
