Should I make the BA focaccia?
Ok I’ve given in. I’ve made a half batch of focaccia and caramelised 3 onions. As you do. Maybe they’ll end up together.

Ok lemon tart is happening. The pastry is super sticky though it doesn’t feel very nice :/ the recipe said to make it in the food processor but I feel like the butter has just fully incorporated. We’ll see when it cooks I suppose.

Tart! We also have 4 little tarts and some leftover custard mixture that’s gonna get stirred into tomorrow’s waffle batter... props to @DrJosh9000 for that idea. L
We started on the mini tarts and they’re really good oh no. Tarts and focaccia is our diet for the next couple of days.
This was the recipe if you want to play along.
