I am high risk for developing breast cancer and today was my annual screening appointment. Arrived @WPCancerCharity and greeted by staff wearing PPE, directed to wash my hands and scan was carried out quickly with minimal contact.

Then on to @SheffieldHosp for my mammogram. Similar treatment; Covid screening questions, hands washed and investigation done quickly with minimal contact.

The purpose of this thread is to reassure people hospitals are taking all measures to prevent Covid transmission. Please seek help if you have worrying symptoms and don’t delay tests that could save your life. #HelpUsHelpYou @CA_SYBICS
