just caught up on Twitter and wondering...

...how long does this list of prominent abusive men have to be before we *really* start to empower more women, nBi, trans, POC, etc in #dnd / #ttrpg? 🧐
To clarify, yes, there has been a lot of movement towards supporting minority communities.

But this is what I see: we still don't have many POC on @Wizards_DnD streams. We still spend lots of time/money on the more popular D&D/TTRPG streams. &Where are the female DMs on streams?
To summarize my point:

Tell me off the top of your head the five biggest, most successful names you can think of in our industry.

1) how many are men?
2) how many are white?

Now show me the #dnd #ttrpg community on Twitter.

1) how many aren't men?
2) how many aren't white?
This is not meant to be an attack on white men.

This is a QUESTION:

Why is it that our COMMUNITY is so diverse and so many different people love playing TTRPG

but the people on top and in the big spotlights are all as homogeneous as my milk?

It doesn't add up to me.
Going to sleep so here's my points again before trolls try to put words in my mouth

- How long does the list of white male abusers have to be before we empower other groups?

- Most of our TTRPG celebs are white and/or male.

- It sucks seeing privileged people abuse power.
