California defense lawyers are reviewing criminal cases in which Tara Reade testified as an expert witness.

“We’re aware of Ms. Reade, we’re in the mode of trying to review the transcripts to see if she misrepresented herself in court." https://www.politico.com/news/2020/05/21/tara-reade-biden-expert-testimony-274460">https://www.politico.com/news/2020...
In at least two transcripts reviewed by Politico, Reade testified under oath that she obtained a bachelor& #39;s degree from Antioch University.

Antioch University stands firm in its denial that Reade graduated.
Reade tonight offered a statement indicating that she had changed her name because of domestic abuse and that she had a special arrangement with the Antioch chancellor. That& #39;s not true, the university confirms tonight.
At least six cases involving Reade’s testimony are already under review by the Sixth District Appellate Program, Executive Director Patrick Murray told POLITICO Thursday.
An Antioch University spokesperson said in a statement that Reade did not graduate and was never a faculty member. Reade attended Antioch for three academic quarters, in 2000 and part of 2001.
POLITICO was also provided a copy of Tara Reade& #39;s resume provided to defense lawyers. In it, she listed herself as working at Antioch as an "Ongoing Online Visiting Professor since 2007 for various Student BA packet reviews ...
saying she would "review the final papers w/students via phone and email; provide guidance for final BA
completion online and by email; mentorship and guidance to students completing BA." Antioch says Reade was never a faculty member & worked a total of "few hours" over years...
and it was administrative work.
Then there’s the question about Reade’s law degree. How did she get one without the Antioch BA? We asked Seattle University Law School, they pointed to its requirements for admission, which today includes an undergrad degree.
“As in the past, they are consistent with American Bar Association standards for law schools.” The law school would not answer follow-up questions about Reade’s admission.
