My friend has a rare terminal illness. She was supposed to fly to Florida in March to participate in a clinical trial, which was canceled due to CoViD. #AmericanAirlines won’t refund her travel, and her condition may not allow her travel in the future. @AmericanAir, what gives?

Update: @AmericanAir contacted me and said they would refund her ticket, but still no word on when this refund will be processed. She is scheduled to meet with local news crews on Monday. @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews @yashar @andylassner
