The best thing about Twitter, Shopify, and Facebook going remote is that we can finally kill the nonsense about where "the magic happens". That argument just got turned into a fucking joke. I mean, it always was, but now everyone will be laughing.
It's kinda like the nonsense about "but does it scale". You can make all the technical arguments you want, but until someone actually runs a $95 billion company on your platform, the zombie objection will remain. It's stupid, but it is.
