Hey $5B valuation startup: you cut the white guys with good severance but kept the woman and POC, forced them into new roles, and halved their pay. That’s not how it works. Fix it in 72 hours or I’ll @ you and the investors (and yes, I already sent you a private note).
To clarify desired outcome: give the POC and woman a choice. If you want to keep them because they rock, great! But if you rescope role and change comp, you need to let them RIF out with others at same package if they don't want to do that. Otherwise it is https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructive_dismissal
