BEWARE!

This is how @DishTV_India is looting their customers through their ENGINEERS.

A few days back my 'Mirror' connection #VideoCONdth setup box was not getting signal, so i called customer care for the help, they said an ENGINEER will visit and let me know the reason. (1/8)
The engineer said that my reflector/dish is not working and needs to be replaced immediately, which I agree with. But then after looking at my primary connection (which was not in the complaint).....(Cont) (2/8)
...he said that this too will not work after a month (coz of rainy season) and it has to be replaced as well, to which I approved it too (because i thought he is from a reputed company and also an engineer, he must be right.) (3/8)
After replacing Antenna & Connector, i gave him 3600/- hard cash (Fitting 400 & Service 200 charge included).

NOTE: All wires mine, helped him in his work as he was alone. (4/8)
Then, I asked for the bill, he said due to #COVID19 situation he can't give bill/receipt, but i insist and said that at least please share the total amount detail in Whatsapp. He agreed but said that he would give it later and then he left. (5/8)
I doubt, And to double-check about the total amount, I called #VideoCONdth customer care, they said i just have to pay 2050/- (inclusive of all) and not 3600/- (Which was bit SHOCKING for me). (6/8)
After knowing this i called that engineer and asked him that why you charged me so high, He said it was his boss order and then he gave 1200/- back (Out of 3600+100 tip) to my watchmen and said sorry. (7/8)
Imagine, How many people must have passed through such an incident?

And how many people like me have got their money back?

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS? HAVE LITTLE SHAME @DishTV_India ! (8/8)
