here’s your reminder that @JoeBiden has STILL not released a disability plan

i mean, @ewarren and @BernieSanders both released their plans MONTHS and MONTHS ago, there’s absolutely no excuse at this point.

with #covid19, disabled people need assurance now more than ever that our politicians, presidential candidates included, will take necessary measures to protect us.

@JoeBiden has given us none of that.

how would you manage #covid19 repercussions if elected?

how will these plans acknowledge the disproportionate affect of the pandemic on BIPOC, disabled, and poor people?

how will you address the fact that the employment-population ratio for disabled people is only 19%, while for non-disabled people it’s 66%?

how will you address the fact that the unemployment rate for Black disabled people is 11.8%, while for white disabled people it’s 6.6%?

and what about the fact that for non-disabled people (pre-pandemic) it was 3.5%?

what are you going to do about the high school graduation rates for disabled students? nationally, the graduation rate is 85%, but for disabled students it’s 72%. how will you fix this?
