Most of our leaders today are suffering from Survivor Disorder (Syndrome) which is a mental condition that occurs when a person believes they've done something wrong by surviving a traumatic event often filled with feeling self-guilt.
PTSD has created leadership Vaccum among us.
Survival Syndrome was first identified in the 1960s among the Holocaust survivals. It also exists among people that go through natural disaster.

In Igbo land, most of our leaders today were born in the 1960s and they witnessed the Biafran war and were affected by the event.
Most of our Leaders are narrow-minded.
Scared to take a bold step.
They are ineffective.
They lack pride as Igbo and wouldn't care to denigrate Igbo tribe, because they think there is a need to overcompensate and be apologetic for being Igbo.

They're externally damaged.
They exhibit a high level of disloyalty and treachery to the Igbo tribe.
Some transferred this dark trait to their offsprings.
So when you see our leaders misbehaving, look no further.

Have you ever wondered why they can't even get basic things correct?

Look no further!
Good thing is, our generation is beginning to see themselves as an alternative.

I can't wait for us to flush this nonsense out of our society.

And for those of you who have inherited this stain from your father/mother or anyone, good luck in being a pawn.

Your game is up!
