* how is this guy still alive
* major super power is throwing r&d money at problems
* has gone through several reboots of varying success
* might be a bad guy but I'm kind of rooting for him?

Google: Dr. Manhattan on Mars

* Sort of omniscient
* Has lost touch with what once made him human
* Fails to live up to potential for good
* Killed Google Reader (actual monster)

Apple: Iron Man

* Amazing software but really is a hardware play
* Problematic AI
* Current gen hardware makes the previous gen look like a toy
* Started in a cave with help from super smart guy
* Always right. Even when wrong.

Facebook: This Guy

Amazon: Lex Luthor

* Ends justify the means
* Ruthless Billionaire
* Sees himself as the good guy
* Little people are crushed under foot
* Weird space ventures
* Ok this is just too on the nose
