getting a good nights sleep is crucialll for a slimmer face. ya body needs sleep to be healthy. there are so many studies that correlate lack of sleep with weight gain. 


A fatigued body causes bloat and also causes your facial muscles to sag this ofc leads to ya face lookin hella big for no reason. try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night and try to have a regular sleeping schedule.

chew gum/bubblegum. The constant chewing action will use many muscles in the face and if you enjoy chewing gum like me it's not going to be hard to do n keep up with. make sure u chew sugar-free gum to avoid adding any more sugar to your diet than needed.

try toning your face with facial exercises. You can exercise your face to make it look slimmer. This works by strengthening your facial muscles


makeup!! using makeup to make your face have a slimmer appearance is a very easy way out. contouring/highlighting create the illusion of a slimmer face

use a contouring powder, (ofc darker than your skin tone) n apply it angling down your cheeks. blend so it doesn't look like a harsh line
