I bought a new @Apple phone from @amazonIN and the phone is " dead on arrival " I tried to click on the return link of @amazonIN and it directed me to @Apple call center who did not pick up my calls all of yesterday, so I used @Apple chat support, their instructions could not
help me start the new #iphone Today I got across the call center of @apple and they directed me to a service center for which one needs to take an appointment, to take the appointment I need to login to my #icloud which has a 2 factor authentication and the number goes to my OLD
phone with a BROKEN screen for which I ordered this new phone - so no appointment can be taken. Between the two of your processes, a damaged phone is lying with me for 48 hours - what do you suggest I do??????
