What are your patterns? I’m not talking about the good ones but the destructive pattern that keep coming back around full circle? What is your cycle? Have you taken note of the experiences you tend to create every few years or so? Financial destructive patterns?
Relationship patterns? Career patterns? Can’t keep friends, emotional distancing patterns? Physical health patterns? Emotional eating or depressive patterns? When do they pop up? What triggers it? Playing the victim patterns? We all have them.
Patterns come full circle to show us the areas where we have progressed and learned the lesson to which the root of these issues came to teach us or the areas in which we have not fully evolved. This is why it is imperative that we sit with ourselves daily and take inventory-
of our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bank accounts. Take note of the deficiencies and imbalances our accounts are showing us because they are there.
What areas are you in overdraft and what areas are you hoarding in your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bank accounts? When you get down to the root of why you respond to things the way you do, then when the pattern comes back around expecting you to respond how you—
did years ago, or even lifetimes ago, you will not fall for the banana in the tail pipe. Recognize distractions and disruptions at the door so you can change the pattern into a good one instead of a destructive one.
Remember, whatever situation rears it’s ugly head is simply a mirror.
