Let’s start it off with the steak

As always medium well, his steak is plated with grilled asparagus and tomato, which are easy to make just salt pepper and olive oil, grilled for 2 mins turning over and plate !

Let’s continue with the large dish next to him which he identifies as Udon.

This particular udon is made with deep fried tofu in a light broth. To make this completely vegan take away the bonito flakes and the fish cakes !

Jin also had kimchi and bulgogi beef with sides like kimchi, pickled radishes and seaweed salad, pickled ginger, spicy radishes and sautéed mushrooms.

Apart from the lovely and hearty main dishes Jin also had white rice, a fruit platter, steak sauce and condiments, French fries for his steak and chocolate icecream which we hope didn’t melt !
