so. Does the caravan exist in classic?

i think. it half does. hi losers welcome to jayme theory
path of logic classic is hyperaware about it being both a video game, a figment of imagination of the children in the charge of the game within the video game and also a fraction of the game's identity being a part of the player's memory. when you learn something the game expands
i'd argue thats also kinda the case for npcs honestly. nothing ever happened to them before the player's first day experiencing their world, when the ptb's game starts. they just remember it. they remember whatever motivates them so that they can be characters.
ive mentioned anna being more self-aware about the ptb than most npcs before and i think thats why shes grappling with the concept that the caravan half doesnt exist. she remembers it obviously. it defines her. but that what if the reason shes so fucked up was never real?
anna knows that the ptb are children because they. Idk want her to suffer i guess. thats why her bad actions are towards kids and her punishments are from kids. that kind of half-knowing things probably seeped into her memory of the caravan somewhere??????
but like the thing is!! hello Bitches im about to get the point are you on the edge of your seats i know im not :) the present of the game only exists when the player knows it does. but the past only exists because the npcs remember enough to tell it.
so essentially because anna isnt sure about the existence of the caravan it literally doesnt exist. it cant exist. and nor can most of her past. theres so most speculation about her past and willow's murder because nobody can be sure anna specifically had a past to begin with
