Here's the problem: based on today's declassification, Susan Rice heard the conversation between Barack Obama and James Comey. That conversation included information on crossfire razor against Gen Flynn.
And she wrote it in the memo to self.

Here's the other thing: David Corn and Michael Isikoff wrote about exactly how much Susan Rice knew and was integral in both crossfire hurricane and crossfire razor in their book "Russian Roulette"

The odds that Susan Rice did not know about crossfire hurricane or crossfire razor is zero. It is also interesting that her attorney is the person who was White House council to her old boss Barack Obama and worked with Mueller special counsel Shadow puppeteer Andrew Weissman.

Here's the bottom line: The entire Obama administration was spying on the incoming Trump administration. They knew it was illegal.
The cover up was even more elaborate than the spying. It's why the same names show up on the same dates and deny knowing what the other was doing.
