I’m starting a thread of my vegetarian eats, something to help keep me motivated to switching it up and trying new things:

Breakfast by moi ✨ (2 eggs; 1/2 avocado; 3 fresh strawberries)- don’t judge the paper plate, I’m not tryna keep washing dishes during this quarantine
Dinner by me - I felt like roasting almost everything lol:
- Roasted garlic potatoes
- Roasted broccoli; sprinkled with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese
- Roasted sweet corn, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
- Organic quinoa
