Sedih bgt bolong2 gitu huhu. Bulan puasa, latihanya lebih banyak ke resistance dan ga make app. Krn set sm rep nya terlalu over dan bikin cepet capek. Akhirnya jd skip make app. Dan berat badan cuman stay di situ2 ajah sekarang. Ga naik ga turun. But let's say be grateful now.
Salah satunya berat badan aing, udah ga masuk kategori obes 1 lagi haha. Cuman msh masuk kategori overweight. Target harus kecapai ideal 70, mau perbaiki niat dulu sebelum mulai lagi. Kemarin sempet keselip niat lain. Jd nya mood down. Dan ga semangat, sm yg berat2.
Ini foto waktu awal dikasih jaket sm abang gua, terus gua bilang kesempitan, sm abang gua, suruh diet akhirnya sekarang seneng bgt bs muat sekarang.
