Consistency always wins in the long run

Let’s face off two scenarios—skin

Your friend growing up always had perfect skin and never did a routine

You had skin problems growing up but you sought a solution because you recognized there was a problem

You wanted better skin
You fail miserably with some products

You have highs and lows with your regimen but you have that breaking point

You seek professional help, learn everything you can about skin, and find something that you love

Your friend just uses water but skin still looking cool
Overtime, you see that your commitment to improving your skin results in forming new habits

You have discipline in what you put into your body

You consume more water

You start cooking to avoid eating out

Well along the way, you realize with your new habits, comes new responsibility, new growth, even new friends because yours can’t understand why you put so much effort into these things just for some skin

Especially when they just use water
Your friend just never registered how effort plays a role in everything

They just cruise by, and despite visible decline, they don’t change because it feels too daunting to try

You, on the other hand, have been giving effort getting 1% at a myriad of tasks and your skin GLOWING

Consistency is the KEY ELEMENT in EVERYTHING YOU DO

Consistency welcomes winning habits

Consistency influences the frequency you operate on

Consistency attracts people that are subscribed to the growth you are

Consistency champions you to your best self!
