It& #39;s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and I& #39;ve been reflecting a lot on how the current situation is going to impact Mental Health services in the future.
There& #39;s a lot of work/funding at the moment to ensure the NHS (particularly physical health services) are not overwhelmed by the pandemic (which is right and good)
I don& #39;t necessarily have an answer to this by the way, just random musings..I go back to work as a mental health OT in Nov (after mat leave) and just keep wondering what I will be going back to!

But there is a lot of evidence of the determinetal effects of social isolation on physical and mental health.
And with MH services having to work remotely/online etc, my concern is people may not be getting the full treatment they need!
