if ur doing chloe ting great,but educate first!she’s good for beginners but spot training is not a thing. if u have fat on ur stomach which is normal,u cant healthily get rid of that in 2 weeks for abs to show (and not possible w only her workouts).cardio and eat healthy. u will
not get abs from only doing chloe ting workouts. that’s only possible if you already have like no fat on ur stomach to begin with. it’s good for ppl that want to tone a little or for beginners that need a guided workout. a lot of ppl r only seeing slight results bc they’ve simply
never worked out before or were already at the correct body fat percentage for abs and just needed to tone up. its great that ppl are working out and caring more ab fitness but it makes me sad that ppl are expecting to get abs in 2 weeks and feeling like a failure when they don’t
achieve that. fitness is a journey and u cannot expect to get abs in 2 weeks just by doing those workouts. and pls don’t get upset and beat urself up when that doesn’t happen bc that shouldn’t be the goal. work out and eat healthy to better urself continuously.
also if ur already pretty in shape you’ll prob find chloe ting pretty easy and def need a more intense workout for abs. she’s good for beginners but pls just go into it being aware that ur not gonna have a whole 6 pack at the end 😭
