So I’m listening to the OC Board of Supervisors meeting and I was surprised by the Director of OC Healthy Agency, Dr Chau, say that we aren’t testing people who don’t fit criteria (mentioned tier 1 of CDC guidelines) because we don’t have enough PPE for “unnecessary tests”.

So, we have the capability to test up to 9000 people/day(1600 of that from private labs) and yesterday we tested 166 out of 3.2 million residents because no one is meeting the criteria and they don’t want to expand the criteria because they want to use their PPE. What the hell?
