UAE including non-WHO-approved rapid serological testing in their testing numbers (as are Spain), so they don't make the list.
Anyway that's a phenomenal effort from Ireland's Medical Scientists and frankly has been woefully under-appreciated in the media.
Fantastic job

Would love to see a journalist splash this over the front page tomorrow:
"Medical Scientists Deliver!"
Logistics and complexity of this are off-the-scale. We've tested ~ 6% of the entire population in less than 3 months, one of literally a handful of countries to achieve that.

And of course it's not just #MedicalScientists.
GP's, Ambulance crews, swabbers, receptionists, cleaners, couriers getting samples around etc.
Massive undertaking and all-in effort to test so many people. Most of the above have worked so hard. Bit of praise wouldn't go amiss.
