2. As schools across the nation were forced to close, Education Secretary @BetsyDeVosED withheld coronavirus relief funds & looked the other way as student loan borrowers’ wages were garnished despite the sudden financial hardship.
3. As thousands of workers in meatpacking plants across the nation were infected & many died, Labor Secretary @SecGeneScalia attacked unions, seeking burdensome reporting requirements long championed by conservative groups.
4. While the coronavirus rampaged through crowded airports and travelers returning from overseas were stuck waiting for guidance, Transportation Secretary @SecElaineChao sided with big business & rolled back Obama-era vehicle fuel economy & environmental standards.
5. As tens of millions were forced to turn to food banks to feed their families & farmers saw their livelihoods destroyed, USDA @SecretarySonny attempted to force 700,000 Americans off of food stamps & slow-walked financial assistance for farmers.
6. Instead of devoting all of its resources to combatting the coronavirus and saving Americans' lives and livelihoods, the Trump administration has focused on pursuing its own agenda. That's unacceptable.
