So this also destroys my theory that Jasmine was the next Sunc Pair you get in story since there’s no F2P Steel trainer yet. Meaning there’s only a few left it could be:

Colress I feel is the least likely. Even though he was on the Battle Tree, (which is the only reason he’s really here) I feel like he just fits better as a scout.

I think Byron is the most likely though, plus we’ve had like no Sinnoh representation when it comes to Gym Leaders. Plus it could lead to Roark on the next team (it would probably be the next fight after Will and Karen though).

If feel Molayne could work either way. He could be in the story, but I also feel like he would fit as a scout as well. It could go either way tbh.

But Jasmine being a scout is proof that I am terrible at predicting things. So don’t take this thread as fact, this just me predicting who might be the next F2P character in the story. Heck, there might not be a Steel trainer in the story. (I doubt though)
