How many US healthcare workers (HCWs) have gotten #COVID19? We don't fully know. CDC reported 9k cases among HCWs in Feb-Apr 9 but it's incomplete & outdated. http://CovidCareMap.org  volunteers tallied 36k cases so far from states & local news. See data: https://bit.ly/covid-hcw-data
36k COVID cases among HCWs is far from complete - only 12 states officially report this (CA, PA, GA, VA, MN, AL, WI, SC, OK, NH, OR, ID) + news from parts of 10 more states.

When will all states report this? Til then, join us in filling in the picture: https://airtable.com/shrd1ggTuSIMUFJdt
The least we can do (and it's not enough) is to have a more complete understanding of how many health care workers are getting sick and dying from COVID. Without this, how will we know we're adequately protecting them and their patients with enough #PPE, testing & other support?
