Don’t buy from a candlemaker if they
1. can’t center a wick
2. don’t trim their wicks (weird thing I’ve been seeing)
3. Use herbs and flowers that are not dried (ummmm fire hazard)
4. Don’t test burn candles
5. Don’t have proper warnings
PLEASE. This is a product u LIGHT ON FIRE!

I get that candles r a cool thing rn, but PLEASE compare and contrast makers to make sure they’re not profiting off of spirituality without having done their research. This is also a safety thing. & if u take up candle making PLEASE do it PROPERLY!

And if a candlemaker doesn’t test burn...sis. Run.
How to know:
Ask for sample pics of candles burning (look out for an even burn so you make sure ur getting a good candle) & ask the maker to compare the hot and cold throw of the fragrance!

AND SPIRITUAL/RITUAL CANDLES ARE DRAINING!! Putting positive energy and focusing spiritual energy into a product takes a lot. So don’t let a creator take advantage of your spirituality with a bogus “spiritual” product.
