Here is the best artistic advice I can give you:

Don't like your lineart?
Practice!
Don't like your shading?
Practice!
Don't like your anatomy?
Practice!
Don't like your sketches?
Practice!

Use references! Try new things! never stop learning!
Practice as often as you can!
One more important tidbit of advice:
It's okay if you struggle to find your own style or if you feel your current style is inconsistent. Having flexibility in one's art style means you are not afraid of experimentation & that will afford you more room to push your skills further!
