Crazy. Last Friday marked my 20th anniversary at @salesforce. Here are 3 things I've learned in my 20 years here:

1. Your boss is your customer. You report to them first and foremost (1/4)

2. Success is not an individual thing. That I've made it here 20 years is a testament to all the amazing team members I've had. So if you're reading this - thank you (2/4)

3. Nothing speaks more than innovation, customer success, and execution. In that order. The rest is usually a distraction (3/4)

People come and go, but the conscious set of values that we have at @salesforce has always been present. Those values have always guided our innovation and empowered our employees. For that, I'll always feel good about what we're accomplishing here. (4/4)
