South Korea had a similar app which the government used to inform people who might’ve been in contact with positive cases. They even mapped out where ppl with positive cases have been and put that information online keeping ppl anonymous so people are aware of the dangers

For this time only id rather sacrifice some of my privacy for the sake of security. Qatar has the highest infection rate per million ppl and we all know ppl haven’t been compiling to social distancing. Id rather Qatar do whatever it takes to track the movements of positive cases

Full lockdown isn’t going to cut it. The most important thing is contact tracing and understanding the movements and contacts of people who have been infected.

People admit they have a quarantine hang out groups but you never can have a consistent group of people you see cause it only takes one person from outside that group to infect someone and then everyone’s got it.

People forget that you can be infected but show no signs. You can be infected without any symptoms for 2 weeks. That’s a whole lot of people who could be getting infected without even realizing
