I'm starting a growth company - Fruition.

Via retained accountability, Fruition will afford small to mid sized companies perpetual accountability.

We don't JUST solve problems.

(1/N)
Solving idiosyncratic problems is only one piece of the puzzle – it gets you from n to n + 1.

To truly grow is to get from 0 to 1, repeatedly. P. Thiel, J. Collins, B. Ferren, et al. push this idea in one form or another.

No one, however, has outsourced 0 to 1.

(2/N)
0 to 1 comes from first-principled thinking operating over a first-principled vision.

Fruition keeps vision and thinking first-principled.

For the entire history of corporations, growth has fallen on the shoulders of top management. But top management is human too.

(3/N)
By hedging first-principled thinking across Fruition and management, gate-keeping of vision and growth is avoided.

Fruition has the honing effect of competition. Fruition also ensures growth out of real competition: "Competition is for losers."

I will share my adventure in this thread. Now is the BEST time to start a company, contrary to what many believe.

Feel free to reach out if you have questions or know of stagnating companies we can help.
