I opened Twitter and saw that one of the trending topics is a hashtag about Trump's obesity.

If you're using someone's weight or disability to mock or criticize them, you're sending a clear message about how you view people who are fat or disabled.

Do better.
By NOT mocking people for their weight or disability, you not only avoid throwing a bunch of folks under a bus, but you will also have a better, more robust critique. In addition to making the world a worse place, identity slurs are lazy thinking.
Similarly, photo-shopping a cis man's head onto a cis woman's (or vice versa) body as some sort of commentary on their strength or sexuality also reinforces harmful stereotypes.

If you find that funny or satisfying, consider this an invitation to examine your deep programming.
Basically, it boils down to this: criticize ideas or actions, not bodies, and don't use peoples' bodies to mock them.
P.S. If you're replying to justify the hashtags, to explain why it's okay to point out the president's weight, or to say that fatness is bad so it's good to mock weight, I'd like you to reread this short thread five or six times and go do something offline instead.
