Here's the promised new article, 18 months in the making:
I went through the first 7 Star Trek films (and various episodes) and looked for all appearances of logos from the TMP Peel-Off Graphics Book. I found 27, of which 25 are depicted below.

Rick Sternbach, who designed many of the logos, kindly provided some input and Brad Wilder of https://startrekdesignproject.com/ redrew all of the logos we found. If I missed something, please let me know!
