And bear in mind the #DNCRBC just got the revised NY-Dem delegate selection plan the night before last Tuesday's meeting. So a thorough review of that is still in the works.

1) The 45 day UOCAVA buffer has been breached. We're just 35 days until June 23.
2) Incorporating the vote-by-mail component that came out of one of Cuomo's covid executive orders.
