Motivation doesn't matter.

When you are motivated, you'll complete a task because you want to.

Bravo.

It's a great spark, but it'll wear off in a few days. Maybe sooner.

Discipline is the key. Discipline allows you to do the job when you don't want to do it.
"I'm not motivated to workout"

Yeah, welcome to 99% of the population. Neither do they.

Be disciplined enough to do it anyway.

"I'm not motivated to eat healthy"

Yeah, me nether, man.

Be disciplined enough to put the freakin doughnut down and eat some vegetables.
Oh, and this doesn't just apply to being healthy.

Whether it's starting a business, going to school, practicing a sport, having a tough conversation with your spouse...

It's all hard. Life is hard. There will ALWAYS been things you don't want to do.
Make yourself a person of ultimate discipline and unlock your potential. Unlock your freedom.
