Motivation doesn& #39;t matter.

When you are motivated, you& #39;ll complete a task because you want to.

Bravo.

It& #39;s a great spark, but it& #39;ll wear off in a few days. Maybe sooner.

Discipline is the key. Discipline allows you to do the job when you don& #39;t want to do it.
"I& #39;m not motivated to workout"

Yeah, welcome to 99% of the population. Neither do they.

Be disciplined enough to do it anyway.

"I& #39;m not motivated to eat healthy"

Yeah, me nether, man.

Be disciplined enough to put the freakin doughnut down and eat some vegetables.
Oh, and this doesn& #39;t just apply to being healthy.

Whether it& #39;s starting a business, going to school, practicing a sport, having a tough conversation with your spouse...

It& #39;s all hard. Life is hard. There will ALWAYS been things you don& #39;t want to do.
Make yourself a person of ultimate discipline and unlock your potential. Unlock your freedom.
