I think the reason bonappetit have taken over the internet and everyone loves them is purely because they AREN'T youtubers. They're real people just doing their jobs at a place that has cultivated a fantastic workplace culture.

Youtubers have become worse than the reality TV of the 2000s. Causing constant drama, using clickbait, and abusing outrage culture. Basically every "youtuber" does this is some way or another.

I can't even find channels to watch on fandoms I have because they're so wrapped up at playing this internet/youtuber game for clicks and attention. Instead I have to actively do the opposite and block most of the channels catering to topics I love because of how toxic they are.
