It was the year 2015 around January had just recieved my Matric Statement and all I ever wanted was to become a radio dj. (Mind you I'm in the deep village of North West and have never been to Sandton let alone Johannesburg)

So around the 2nd week of February I saw an ad saying Mo Flava will be giving away 10 bursaries to study Radio at Boston Media House. Then I thought to myself.. Maybe this is it. Then the next morning I went to Sandton at BMH to audition. (Basically my first Radio Audition)

So I get to Alex and the dominant language was Zulu. Thank God I knew Xhosa because I loved Zenande Mfenyana. Then took a taxi to Sandton that time my outfit looks I'm from a village and yes I was from a village

So I get to the BMH and I see a whole new world.. Beautiful people. Fashionable and Speaking English with an accent. I just admired and smiled. So I log into twitter and saw a tweet from Khutso Theledi saying she's coming to the Auditions. You can imagine how excited I got.

While waiting for Khutso to arrive.. DJ Arch Junior came and we were all amazed at this toddler who made us dance. There in the mist of the people. I looked back and there she was.. all black and beige shoes with gold long hair and I screamed KHUTSO THELEDI...

And people looked at me like I was crazy.. first time seeing someone famous. Anyway she said hi... Gosh her voice.. she smelled Pink Friday by Nicki Minaj I told her my Twitter handle and told her I'm always tuning in to #TheFreeway then it was time to go in studio

And audition. She was there giving us tips and all loved her and she left.. Couldn't stop tweeting her until she followed back We kept communicating with DMs and I told her how my audition went and we waited for the results. Long story short I was rejected.

So that's how I met Khutso For the first time.
The 2nd time was again In Sandton and we had agreed to meet there. I was nervous AF and we met at Benmore Gardens. Then drove to Sandton City. Y'all this woman tell me she needs to buy me an outfit a whole outfit.

Went to the store and bought clothes and I couldn't stop having tears of joy and being thankful. Our laughter. Selfies and talks around the mall My life that day was fulfilled. So after that she's like what do you want to eat? I was like "I've never had a McDonald's meal before

She bought me my first McDonalds Meal and we ate in her car because I had to catch a taxi and go back to NW. The way I was so happy my nose was even bleeding. and yes I was embarrassed. Drove to e

Khutso has been good to me. Seeing that I didn't get BMH she told me I couldn't sit home and do nothing instead she said I should do a computer course and she paid for it I'm computer literate because of her and I mean End-user

I wrote this THREAD simply to show you @KhutsoTheledi That you mean the world to me. If I could I would pay YOU with my life. My family still talks about you even today. You have made a huge difference in my life and really I'm blessed to have witnessed YOU!!

If ever I cound tweet all the good things you've done for me my data would deplete because they are too many.
