A few points that some may agree/disagree with.

1. Sell Morelos if we get anything close to £20 million bid. Can’t be relied on over the season.

2. Get a new captain. Tavernier whilst useful as attacking threat is not a leader and his mental weakness quotes were a disgrace.

3. Money must be spent on midfield. Jack, Davis & Kamara are too similar and there is not enough goal threat from any of them. See goals from Celtic midfield compared to ours.

4. We need more physical presence in side. Too often when a game becomes a physical fight. We lose.

5. The manager has to look at switching tactics more when game plan is not going our way. When teams sit in we must find a way of breaking them down. This will be dependant on personnel.

6. Squad depth must be looked at. From first 11 to bench the drop in quality is too big.

7. No more ‘do a job’ squad players. Halliday , Flanagan , Stewart , Jones , Ojo , Hastie etc. Not good enough.

8. We must put teams away when the chances come. We miss far too many chances when dominating games.

9. If Hagi is signed. Use him as a number 10. Not on wing.

10. Incomings will be dependant I’d imagine on outgoings as well. But we simply must improve all the way through the team. On our day this team is best in Scotland. But we need winners and consistent winners.
