This week is #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. We want to take this time to reflect on the impact of forced displacement, traumatic journeys and the cruelty of the hostile environment on our friends, colleagues and clients who have sought safety here.
We would also like to reflect on the impact of #Covid19 on heightening these traumatic experiences for everyone we work with, including our staff, volunteers and colleagues across the sector who are working tirelessly to continue to support people.
If you or someone you know is struggling, you can call @samaritans for free on 116 123.

You can also call Breathing Space for free on 0800 83 85 87.
