CDC: Recommends discharge after two negative tests in a row with 24 hours between if tests are available.
China: same, though some hospitals require three tests in a row.
Sweden: If you haven't had a fever for two days and feel fine, you're good.
Oh, it also has to have been only 7 days since you felt sick.

If you're going to deviate from the consensus, you need to have very strong arguments for why the consensus is wrong. I have yet to see the groundbreaking research that the Swedish response is basing all of this on.
