Royal Mail keeps assigning tracking numbers to my charms when I post them yet they’re not even sent tracked so I must look shady as heck when people try and track it and it says can’t confirm identity of your item
Basically my charms are sent out safely, I've not had one go missing in the post yet in 2 years of selling (fingers crossed it stays that way), and anyone that's messaged about the tracking not working/order not arriving (due to COVID-19 causing lost delays) have recieved their
orders after a less than ideal wait that is sadly out of my control. etsy is aware of this issue and isn't doing much about it 6 months after this thread was created https://community.etsy.com/t5/All-About-Shipping/Tracking-number-on-Royal-Mail-labels/m-p/130388212#M337446
I can't blame customers for being slightly annoyed. They're googling this issue and royal mail sites/forums are saying check the item has actually been posted which just points suspicion at sellers. Thankfully everyone has been understanding and kind so far.
