Royal Mail keeps assigning tracking numbers to my charms when I post them yet they’re not even sent tracked so I must look shady as heck when people try and track it and it says can’t confirm identity of your item
Basically my charms are sent out safely, I& #39;ve not had one go missing in the post yet in 2 years of selling (fingers crossed it stays that way), and anyone that& #39;s messaged about the tracking not working/order not arriving (due to COVID-19 causing lost delays) have recieved their
orders after a less than ideal wait that is sadly out of my control. etsy is aware of this issue and isn& #39;t doing much about it 6 months after this thread was created #M337446">https://community.etsy.com/t5/All-About-Shipping/Tracking-number-on-Royal-Mail-labels/m-p/130388212 #M337446">https://community.etsy.com/t5/All-Ab...
I can& #39;t blame customers for being slightly annoyed. They& #39;re googling this issue and royal mail sites/forums are saying check the item has actually been posted which just points suspicion at sellers. Thankfully everyone has been understanding and kind so far.
