i just LOVE it when vegans act confused as to why sm ppl dislike them and then act morally superior in the next breath???

It just exploits different ppl than the meat industry.
There's a commenter that posted a tumblr post screenshot of the ppl the meat industry harms, but also? Lot of vegan food is cash crops exported out of the countries at the expense of the ppl growing it who rely on that food

No consumption under capitalism is ethical. It's nice to see ppl *try* to he conscientious - hey, even I try not to buy from certain corporations - but at the end of the day, veganism isn't necessarily getting a them more Good Place pts or whatever

I personally don't mind veganism, whether it be for health reasons, religious reasons, or conscientious ones. It's that ^ attitude that's just what's so grating about certain vegans.

I can't believe I almost forgot to add this, but the way that vegans act like their eating habits are the most environmentally-friendly/sustainable ones basically ignores Indigenous traditions for hunting and the like.

Obviously I can't speak anymore on that as it's not my place and I do not have the knowledge to do so, but that ^ is definitely something I see them get called on that they just ignore bc it doesn't fit their narrative
