day 1i am going to soak it in water for 24 hours first
the name of the sprout is γΌγγ‘γγ (Bou-chan)
sis told me that radish sprout seeds shouldn't be soaked for too long! i don't have a sprouter so i use yogurt container and stabbed it with a knife to make holes at the bottom

day 2changed the water and widened the holes at the bottom because i'm afraid that the holes are too narrow for the roots to come through
as you can see some of the seeds are starting to germinate
so exciting!i'm not a green thumb, i hope γΌγγ‘γγ can grow well
day 3more seeds start to germinate but it's not a lot. i wonder if some of the seeds died because i soaked them for too long?
my sis told me to add paper towel to help the roots have something to hold on to, i hope it can helps the seeds

day 4after i added paper towel, the seeds seems to grow tremendously
so exciting!!! the roots are growing and i can see the little hair as well!! wowie 
seems like the decision to add paper towel is right hehe
γΌγγ‘γγ looks way more healthy than yesterday
day 5it's growing nicely!!
some of them has little black spot... is it mold?
i wonder if it's time to expose it to light...
but i'm going to let it sit in the darkness so it can grow some more before i introduce it to light

day 6it has grown so more but... more brownish-black spot
ah i'm worried.... γΌγγ‘γγγare you sick??
seems like the dark place was too humid for you....
i'm going to expose it to light today, i hope it will feel better soon

day 7it's getting taller!!!
and since i exposed it to light, it became green too
seems like γΌγγ‘γγ is really sick though
it smells kinda weird
but when i tasted some of it, it doesn't taste bad??
also i didn't know radish sprout is kind of spicy!
day 8(double update because i forgot to upload yesterday)
can you see it's growing taller day by day??
the weird smell also disappeared!!
i wonder is it time to harvest it..
do you have any idea how should i eat it?
raw for salad?
or topping on pasta? 
day 9i am proud to say that i have harvested it
i can't cook well and i don't really like salad so i ate it with noodles!!! along with a poached egg, it made this instant noodles not so shabby

conclusion (end of thread)this past week i tried "gardening" once again after such a long time. i am not a green thumb. even in elementary when we had to grow bean sprouts, i would fail!
but because of jo1, i feel like trying it once again, and it was fun. thank you jo1!
