I’m making these so people know about the situation that some people from the zquad are having
Six months ago I ordered a grey hoodie from Icarus Falls, it was supposed to be my birthday gift, but guess what.
This is the confirmation email that they sent me
My mom went to the US and well It was supposed to be shipped it to my aunt’s house, but then the status of the order changed
The first email that I sent was on December 6th, they told me it wasn’t their fault, that it has something to do with the ones that made the merch
They kept moving the date
So I decided to write another email, and they only told me this, I was like really dude?, back to those days I was so upset and someone told me they didn’t wanna do a refund to someone but I wasn’t sure if that was true
I think this is the last time that it changed
Currently it appears like this, I don’t know if it’s gonna be send to me or not

I’m not the only one that has this problem, @sherlinamalik has been waiting for the refund for seven months I think
