This is going to play out just like the crack epidemic v meth epidemic. They’re treating it as not a big deal right now b/c they assume COVID-19 only kills Black ppl but pretty soon the framing of the outbreak will be totally different & they’ll start humanizing mass death

Then they’ll scapegoat essential workers for having forced them to re-open the economy because they never take responsibility for anything.
