Wondering if the catchphrase “bridge fuel” has fallen out of use yet.

This month (CoVID-19 suppressed demand; shoulder month) there have been a number of hours when nuclear gen out-generated gas. If Millstone 2 (~850MW) hadn’t been down for refueling, there would have been many more such hours.

Millstone 2 is scheduled to be back online 5/21.
